Each package includes:
• 2 professional caregivers
• care for up to 10 children (ages 2 and up)If additional children attend, we simply add caregivers to maintain safe supervision ratios.

Activities may include:
• craft and coloring stations
• puzzles and board games
• dance games and group activities
• wedding-themed crafts like decorating ribbon wands
• movie and quiet lounge areas for later in the eveningActivities are adjusted based on the children’s ages and the space available at the venue.

This depends on the venue and the couple’s preference.
Some weddings have children enjoying activities at a table in the reception space, while others provide a separate kids room or suite where children can play and relax.

Yes. Our caregivers are experienced childcare professionals who are comfortable caring for groups of children in event environments.
Safety, supervision, and creating a fun experience for the kids are our top priorities.

We maintain safe supervision ratios based on the ages of the children.
Typical ratios include:
• infants: 1 caregiver for every 2 children
• toddlers: 1 caregiver for every 3–4 children
• ages 5 and up: 1 caregiver for every 5–6 childrenAdditional caregivers are added when necessary.

We ask couples to confirm the final number of children attending about two weeks before the wedding.
If additional children are added later, we will adjust staffing if needed.

Yes! Many couples choose coverage for multiple events.
We offer packages for:
• ceremony and reception

Parents are welcome to enjoy the celebration while we care for the children.
We use a check-in system and can easily reach parents if needed.

Food is typically provided by the wedding venue or catering team. However, you may add an additional “kids’ buffet” for an additional charge. Two basic kid-friendly snacks will be provided for children in designated areas.
However, caregivers can assist children during dinner service and help with transitions back to activities afterward.

We recommend booking as early as possible once your wedding date and venue are confirmed

To reserve your date:

A retainer of 30% (of your base package) secures your date on our calendar.
